Morgan specialises in advising Japanese companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He has particular experience advising on mergers and acquisitions in the technology, food and beverage, automotive and renewables industries.

Morgan’s practice also includes advising clients on employment law related matters.

Morgan trained with the firm and was admitted as a solicitor in October 2025. Prior to this, he graduated from the University of Manchester with honours in Law and achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School.
