Kelly graduated with first class honours in Japanese and Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh. During her undergraduate degree, Kelly spent a year living in Japan while studying at Seikei University in Tokyo. She then went on to complete a master’s degree in Law at the University of Law before beginning her training with the firm.

Kelly is fluent in Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
